Expecting my first child in August 2009

A lot of women in my family have needed medical induction and then needed a cesarean or use of tools during birth. So I have been looking for ways to possibly prevent that because I really want to experience a natural birth.

A friend of mine tried this great natural method, Maternity Acupressure and said it helped her a lot both in labor and during birth. So I look forward to try it myself and hopefully have my baby come in a natural and safe way
